USER AMENDMENTS

The following additions, deletions, or changes (hereinafter "User Amendments") are made to the above Agreement and are immediately effective on: September 13th, 2025

Internet Traffic Academy (ITA) and Internet Traffic Mastery (ITM) Products

This amendment specifically addresses refund terms for Internet Traffic Academy (ITA) and Internet Traffic Mastery (ITM) digital training products offered by Elvis Advice.

Product Definitions

Internet Traffic Mastery (ITM)

A comprehensive digital training program focused on traffic generation strategies and the data acquisition methodology. Includes access to:

Core traffic training modules (10 modules)
Private community group access for support and implementation
Invitations to virtual live events

Internet Traffic Academy Bundle (ITA)

A complete 5-pillar digital training system that includes:

Internet Traffic Mastery (Pillar 1)
List Building Mastery (Pillar 2)
Communication & Copywriting Mastery (Pillar 3)
Conversion Mastery (Pillar 4)
Tribe Building Mastery (Pillar 5)
Affiliate Marketing Academy (bonus)
Private community group access for support and implementation
Invitations to virtual live events

ITA/ITM Specific Refund Terms

Eligibility Requirements

All standard refund policy terms apply, with these specific provisions:

Time Limit: 30 calendar days from the date of purchase

Request Method: Email to mail@elvisadvice.com with "Refund" in the subject line

Required Information: Brief feedback explaining why the product didn't meet your needs

Bundle Purchase Refunds (ITA)

Complete bundle refund only - Individual components cannot be refunded separately
Refund amount based on actual price paid (discounted bundle price, not individual component values)
All bundle components are revoked upon refund processing
Private community group access terminated within 24 hours of refund approval
Free community membership will remain valid

Single Product Refunds (ITM)

Full product refund minus applicable processing fees
Access revoked within 24 hours of refund approval
Private community group access terminated simultaneously with product access
Free community membership will remain valid

Financial Terms - ITA/ITM Products

Processing Fee Deductions:

Standard payment processing fees (2.9% + $0.30) are deducted from all refunds
These are third-party fees charged by payment processors that cannot be recovered

Example calculations:

ITM ($297 purchase) = ~$289 refund after fees
ITA ($497 purchase) = ~$482 refund after fees

Tax Handling:

Any sales tax, HST, or VAT collected will be refunded in full
Tax refunds are not subject to processing fee deductions
International customers receive a full tax refund in the original currency

Post-Refund Requirements

Access Termination:

Digital content access revoked within 24 hours
Private community group access will be removed within 24 hours
Live event invitations canceled immediately

Content Deletion Obligation:

The customer must delete all downloaded materials
Continued use after refund constitutes copyright infringement
Sharing or distributing content after a refund may result in legal action

Account Status:

Customer account remains active for future purchases
Customer account remains active for future purchases
Previous purchase history maintained for tax/legal purposes
No restrictions on future product purchases

Processing Timeline - ITA/ITM

Standard Processing: 14 business days from refund approval

International Customers: Up to 21 business days, depending on banking systems

Refund Method: Original payment method used for purchase

Confirmation Process:

Refund request received and acknowledged within 2 business days
Eligibility verification completed within 5 business days
Refund processed and confirmation email sent
Access revocation completed within 24 hours of processing

Promotional Pricing Considerations

Discount Code Purchases:

Refunds are based on the actual amount paid after discount codes are applied
No adjustment to the full retail price for refund calculations
Limited-time promotional pricing is reflected in the refund amount

Bundle Pricing:

ITA bundle refunds are calculated on the discounted bundle price paid
Not calculated as the sum of individual component retail prices
Promotional bundle pricing terms are clearly disclosed at purchase

Exceptions and Special Circumstances

Non-Refundable Scenarios Specific to ITA/ITM:

Purchases made more than 30 days ago
Second or subsequent purchase of the same product (re-purchases)
Accounts with a previous refund history exceeding 2 refunds in 12 months
Purchases made with promotional credits or gift certificates (store credit refund only)

Emergency Circumstances:

Medical emergencies with documentation may receive special consideration
Military deployment situations evaluated case-by-case
Natural disasters affecting customer's business may qualify for extended refund period

Amendment Superseding Clause

Where this amendment conflicts with the general refund policy, the terms of this amendment shall take precedence for ITA and ITM products specifically. All other terms of the main refund policy remain in full effect.

To the extent any of the provisions of the Agreement are inconsistent with the provisions in these User Amendments, the inconsistent provisions of the Agreement are void and the provisions contained in these User Amendments shall control.

No other provisions of the Agreement shall be deemed changed by these User Amendments, and all such unchanged provisions are incorporated by reference in these User Amendments as if set forth in full and hereby ratified. This User Amendment does not redate the Agreement.
