USER AMENDMENTS

The following additions, deletions, or changes (hereinafter "User Amendments") are made to the above Agreement and are immediately effective on September 13th, 2025

Google Ads Enhanced Conversion Tracking

Purpose and Legal Basis

We utilize Google Ads Enhanced Conversions to accurately measure advertising campaign effectiveness and optimize our marketing performance. This processing is conducted based on your consent for marketing purposes and our legitimate interest in measuring advertising effectiveness.

Data Collection and Processing

When you complete a conversion action on our website (such as making a purchase, submitting a form, or requesting information), we may collect and process first-party customer data, including your email address, phone number, full name, and mailing address. This Enhanced Conversions data is separate from our regular website analytics and is used specifically for advertising measurement purposes.

Data Sharing and Security

This personal data is processed using SHA256 cryptographic hashing (one-way encryption) before transmission to Google. The hashed data is then matched against Google's signed-in user accounts to attribute conversions to specific advertising campaigns. Google maintains industry-standard security measures and limits data use to conversion measurement purposes only.

Data Use Limitations

Google processes this data exclusively for:

Attribution of conversions to advertising campaigns
Improvement of advertising measurement accuracy across Google's advertising platforms
Campaign optimization and performance reporting
Compliance with our Enhanced Conversions policies

Third-Party Processing

Google acts as our data processor under their Data Processing Terms. Google does not share your personal data with other advertisers and uses access controls and encryption to protect against unauthorized access.

Your Rights

You may exercise your data protection rights at any time, including:

Withdrawing consent through our cookie preference center
Opting out via your browser's "Do Not Track" setting
Managing your Google advertising preferences at https://adssettings.google.com/

Enhanced Conversions Opt-Out Limitations

Please note that Google does not currently provide a specific opt-out mechanism for Enhanced Conversions tracking. This feature operates at the advertiser account level and cannot be disabled for individual users through Google's consumer settings. We will monitor Google's privacy controls and update this policy with any new opt-out options as they become available.

Data Retention

Enhanced conversion data is retained in accordance with Google's retention policies and our legitimate business needs for advertising measurement.

International Transfers

Data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your jurisdiction, including the United States, under appropriate safeguards, including Google's Data Processing Terms.

To the extent any of the provisions of the Agreement are inconsistent with the provisions in these User Amendments, the inconsistent provisions of the Agreement are void and the provisions contained in these User Amendments shall control.

No other provisions of the Agreement shall be deemed changed by these User Amendments, and all such unchanged provisions are incorporated by reference in these User Amendments as if set forth in full and hereby ratified. This User Amendment does not redate the Agreement.
